Principle 3 - Pay attention to nutrition: To get good health, you should know what you load into your body every day. Dr. Mosaraf Ali has come up with some principles in Queen Elizabeth II's diet: prefer to eat organic foods, eat more vegetables instead of canned food, eat an adequate amount of protein, drink 6-8 glasses of water daily, limit consumption of red meat and replace it with lean meat like chicken, avoid consuming fried foods, eat less salt and spices at each meal. Dr. Mosaraf Ali also gave advice on the amount of food in 3 main meals daily. Accordingly, breakfast should include high-protein and fiber-rich foods such as eggs or almonds. Lunch should be the most calorie-rich meal of the day with all kinds of substances including fiber, starch, protein, and fat. Dinner should be light and finish before 7-8pm. Avoid eating spicy, sweet, bloated foods because they will take longer to digest and make sleep quality decrease. (Source: Brightside)
