How to Control Hair Fall

Scalp and Shampoo:

It is important to recognize your scalp before shampooing it. Different people have different types of scalp. Some have oily scalp while others have dry scalp. There is a different procedure to assuage both kinds of the scalp. A person with dry scalp may suffer from hair fall if he/she over washes hair. In case of oily scalp, it is important to wash hair thrice or four times a week otherwise he/she may undergo hair fall problems. Moreover, the king of shampoo used must not contain chemicals like paraben, silicone, and sulfate. Such chemicals emaciate the hair and weaken the tresses resulting in a breakage of hair. Therefore, it is important to use herbal shampoos made up of herbs and natural plants instead of harmful chemicals.

Using Conditioner:

Using conditioner after washing your hair makes your hair strong and everlasting. Quality conditioners contain amino acids that have an embalming effect in repairing the weakened hair. Moreover, it makes hair smooth and strong. Using a towel instantly after taking bath proves to be a source of hair fall. This is because hairs are most vulnerable when they are wet. Therefore, when we use a conditioner right after taking the bath it saves our hairs from extra damage they may have without using it.

Diet and Exercise:

To live a healthy lifestyle, it is important to carry out life with a healthy diet followed by regular exercise. Apart from the hair fall, you will be secured from many other diseases too. Coming back to the topic, when a body is given proper nutrients and ample iron and protein; it reaches the hairs making them strong and sustainable. Moreover, doing exercise daily also rejuvenates your muscles and normalizes the movement of blood in your body reaching all parts of the body. This helps in the healthy growth of your hair and reduction in hair fall. Yoga and meditation also carry similar benefits.

Avoiding Chemical Treatments:

Frequent rigorous chemical treatments deteriorate the health of our hairs. Straightening the hairs, coloring them, and perming them are the reasons for the bad health of your hair. Other hazardous treatments include curling rods and dryers on wet hairs. Such treatments even have worse effect when used on wet hairs because high temperature boils the water present in hairs. This boiling of water emaciates the hairs having unwanted repercussions. If it is necessary to use a blow drier and curling rod, try using them by keeping low temperatures and after protecting your hairs with the conditioner.

Oiling your Hairs:

Oiling is to hairs what lubrication is to autos. It is important to massage your hair once or twice a week with the oil that suits your scalp. The oil improves the strength of hairs and makes the roots strong. It is also important to massage your hairs softly for a few minutes after applying oil. After the treatment is done, wash your hair with the herbal shampoo that suits your scalp.

Avoid Styling Products:

Do not use styling products like gels and coloring tubes on your hairs. They are cancer for your hair. They are laden with chemicals that will destroy your hairs sooner than you can imagine. Trust me; you look perfect even without them. There is no substitute for natural things.
